- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and Email.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days.
- Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days.
- Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during festive seasons or due to unforeseen logistical delays.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping for All: We are happy to offer FREE SHIPPING on every order across India, whether you pay online or choose Cash on Delivery (COD).
- There are no hidden fees at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.
4. Tracking Your Order
- As soon as your package leaves our Surat warehouse, we will send you a unique tracking ID.
- You can track your "Sukoon" package directly on our website under the "Track Order" section or via the link sent to your phone.
5. Incomplete or Incorrect Address
- Please ensure your shipping address and mobile number are 100% accurate.
- Fabrida is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee may apply for the second attempt.
6. Damaged Shipments
- Our packaging is designed to protect your garments. However, if you receive a package that is visibly tampered with or damaged, please do not accept the delivery and notify us immediately via WhatsApp or Email.
